So what I came up with is a little treat book - the idea being the recipient picks a treat of their choice. I picked the images which I thought suited each particular treat.
The papaers I used are some from a K and Co pad I've had for ages, the pages are cream bazzill card stamped with a HOTP swirl in brown, stamped images from Penny Black. The rest of the book is in the post below, Blogger was being quite naughty if you recall!So I hope you like and perhaps make one of your own too.

Great idea. A kids version might be a good idea too along the lines of if they tidy their room they get to choose what they would like for tea? xxx
